Principles and Procedure of Return

All purchases are to be conducted and completed online until further notice due to Covid-19.

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging (White box, accessories, and, if possible, the delivery box), together with their purchase invoice or an invoice copy. BEIJO has sole discretion in determining whether the products purchased via our website are in original condition when returned. 

1.0 Returns of in-stock ready-to-ship hairpieces:

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an unworn collection hairpiece in order to receive a full refund.
    • Definition of Unworn:
      Lace is uncut
      Lace must not be tinted/ or altered with product
      Hair must not be cut, colored, or chemically processed. 
      Our hairpiece will be compared to images kept on file of the hairpiece that we take, for documentation, prior to shipping the hairpiece out for delivery.
      If the hairpiece does not pass the return audit, we will provide you with the option for a partial refund of up to 40% of the amount paid or the option to return the hairpiece back to you.
  • Worn hairpieces can be returned for a partial refund of up to 40% of the amount paid for the hairpiece if you ware returning the hairpiece within 30 days from the date of the delivery of the hairpiece. 

1.1 Exchanges of in-stock, ready-to-ship hairpieces:
We have a One-Time exchange policy for all in-stock, ready-to-ship hairpieces. All exchanges must be done within 30 days from the date of your hairpiece’s delivery.

If you exchange an item for another item of greater value, you shall pay the difference in price.

If you exchange an item for another item of lesser value, you will be refunded within ten (10) business days of receipt of the item returned by crediting your debit or credit card.

Exchange items are not eligible for additional exchanges. 

  • Acceptable reasons for an exchange: 
    • If upon receiving the hairpiece you realize the color does not suit you.
    • Incorrect hairpiece size.

1.2 Returns and Exchanges of custom hairpieces:
When returning a Custom hairpiece for a refund, please return the item in its original condition and packaging (white box, accessories, and, if possible, the delivery box), together with their purchase invoice or an invoice copy. BEIJO has sole discretion in determining whether the products purchased via our website are in original condition when returned. 
Custom hairpieces are eligible for refunds if the refund is requested within 7 from the delivery date.

  • Custom hairpieces are not eligible for full refunds due to the fact that it is a custom requested item that labor and work have gone into creating upon the request of the patron. 
    • Unworn custom hairpieces are eligible for refunds up to 50% of the purchase amount after an audit.
      • Definition of Unworn:
        Lace is uncut
        Lace must not be tinted/ or altered with product
        Hair must not be cut, colored, or chemically processed. 
        Our hairpiece will be compared to images kept on file of the hairpiece that we take, for documentation, prior to shipping the hairpiece out for delivery.
        If the hairpiece does not pass the return audit, we will provide you with alternative refund options or the option to return the hairpiece back to you.
    • Worn custom hairpieces are not eligible for refunds. 
    • We do not offer an exchange option for custom hairpieces.

1.3 Returns and exchanges for lace frontals/closures and hair extensions
When returning lace frontals, lace closures, and hair extensions for a refund, please return the item in its original condition and packaging (white box, accessories, and, if possible, the delivery box), together with their purchase invoice or an invoice copy. BEIJO has sole discretion in determining whether the products purchased via our website are in original condition when returned. 

Lace frontals, lace closures, and hair extensions are eligible for refunds within 7 days from the delivery date. 
Lace frontals, lace closures, and hair extensions are eligible for exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date. 
If you order a set (multiple bundles set or a bundle and closure/frontal set) we will only process refunds and exchanges for the entire order not a piece of the order. You can’t return one unused bundle from a bundle set or an unused closure from a lace closure & Bundle set. 

Items must have not been worn, or altered (lace tinted, lace cut, brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft, or otherwise processing the hair voids all exchange and replacement guarantees.

1.4 Sale or discounted items
All sale or discounted items are considered final sales and they are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
